Hotel a Louisiana Centrale

“The hotel and the grounds were nicely kept. I used the gym and it had everything I needed. The breakfast choices were simple but hit the spot. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The shower could use a little help though. All in all, the hotel, its staff, and the amenities were great for the price.”

“We got a suite and it was beautiful. We didn't know the fridge was gonna be a full size that was a nice surprise. And the kitchen sinks bigger then mine. Plenty of room for the 5 of us (nephews staying for the summer). Only con was the bathroom has a barn door style and we would of liked a little more privacy. But the room divider curtain was a nice touch.”

“breakfast menu was good but wish there were more options for sugar free/low sugar cereal, yogurt skim milk. Not everyone can eat high sugar cereals and high sugar yogurts etc. Accessible room worked great with all necessities.”

“Before booking I asked if the pool was open. Nothing was said about a limit of swimmers. The pool was completely vacant. My room key stopped working. I had to go to the office. I was told next time if I booked that my room I had only allowed 2 swimmers. That my ID would be blocked from booking again, if more swimmers were present. Debris was on the bottom of the pool. Broken pool noodles in the pool and floatation blow up device. Dirty towels left on the table, trash on another table with shoes...

“I have always wanted to stay at The Hotel Bentley and finally had a chance. The lobby is beautiful, the restoration makes you feel as if you stepped back in time. The restaurant and the room that I stayed in, not so much. It's obvious where money was and wasn't spent. The check-in was great and the food in the restaurant was so good! I would definitely eat there again when I'm in town, just wished that the restaurant "felt" like 1908, definitely a missed design opportunity!”

“We definitely enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, and while the breakfast selection was small, everything was fresh and enjoyable. There’s not much nearby in terms of restaurants or attractions, but the location felt safe and was a good spot for a relaxing stay.”
